Who processes your data

This is the English version of the Russian-language Privacy Policy of the MECHANICS website. The operator is an individual registered in Russia as self-employed.

What data we collect

Only what you enter in the request forms on the site, plus technical data about your visit:

• name, company, email or Telegram handle, company website, planned advertising budget, a description of your task, the option you selected;
• the page you submitted the request from, the page you first landed on, where you came from (referrer) and UTM tags;
• the page language and an approximate country derived from your IP address at the moment of submission;
• your IP address and browser and device type, which the server and analytics services receive automatically.

We do not ask for passport data, payment card details or special categories of data. Please do not enter them in the task field.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To reply to your request, prepare a proposal and contact you at the contact you provided. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. We do not use your data for mailings without separate consent and we do not sell it.

Where your request goes

A request is passed through the site’s server route (hosted on Vercel) to an internal Telegram chat of the MECHANICS team and, if connected, to a CRM. The servers of these services may be located outside Russia and outside your own country: by submitting the form you agree to such transfer. Only people and contractors who need it to reply to you have access to requests.

Payments

Card payments are made on a hosted Stripe page (Stripe Payments Europe / Stripe, Inc.), where you enter your card details: MECHANICS does not receive or store them. Stripe tells us the payer's name, email and country, the amount and the payment status, which go to the same internal Telegram chat. Stripe processes data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. The seller for payments in US dollars is Operator Ventures. Orders are treated as paid only after Stripe confirms the payment.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses Yandex Metrica (including Webvisor, which records actions on the page; form fields are masked), Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. They use cookies and browser identifiers to count visits, button clicks and form submissions. The content of the form is not sent to analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep data

Requests are kept until the purpose of processing is achieved (a reply and a commercial conversation) and then for no longer than 3 years if you do not become a client. If you become a client, for the term of the contract and the period required by law. Analytics data is kept under the rules of the respective services.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to the operator’s address at the top of this document or reply to our message, and we will handle the request within the time limits set by law.

Consent to personal data processing

By ticking the box in a form you freely, of your own will and in your own interest give the operator consent to process the data listed above (collection, recording, storage, use, transfer to the services named in this document, deletion) for the purpose of replying to your request, for the period stated above and until you withdraw it. You can withdraw consent by writing to the operator.
