AI Business Audit & Automation Roadmap

We review the processes you select, find where AI and automation remove manual work, estimate the effect with explicit assumptions and give you a roadmap you can start on next Monday.

Provisional, indicative starting points: express diagnostic from RUB 45,000 · full audit from RUB 150,000. Output: opportunity map, effect assumptions, three priority use cases and a roadmap.

When you need an audit

Sound familiar? Then it is too early to start implementing

  • Your team has heard about AI, but it is unclear where to start or what would pay back
  • People tried ChatGPT and similar tools, but they stayed a personal habit rather than part of a process
  • There is a lot of manual routine: requests, documents, reports, correspondence, reconciliations
  • You are offered dozens of solutions and have no way to evaluate the effect or choose

What the audit covers

Five tasks we solve

01

Review of selected processes

Interviews with process owners and a map of the work flows in the areas you choose (marketing, sales, service, operations), with time and error rates where they can be measured.

02

Automation opportunity map

A list of specific places where AI or automation removes manual work, speeds up responses to customers or reduces errors.

03

Prioritisation

Each opportunity is scored on impact, complexity, risk and data readiness. You get an order of implementation, not just a list of ideas.

04

Economic effect and assumptions

A calculated estimate of potential effect: hours saved, conversion gains, reduced losses, payback. The assumptions are shown explicitly, as ranges.

05

Implementation roadmap

A stage-by-stage plan: what to do in the first 30 days, what within a quarter, which tools, who is responsible and what it costs.

What you receive

Documents you can base decisions on

Reviewed-process summary

A map of the key processes you chose, with bottlenecks and time spent.

Automation opportunity map

A register of AI and automation opportunities with effect, complexity and risk for each.

Three priority use cases

The three opportunities we recommend doing first, each described well enough to brief a team or a contractor.

Impact assumptions

A calculation of potential effect and payback, with every assumption visible and challengeable.

Implementation roadmap

A 30/90/180-day plan with owners, tools and a budget range.

Readout

A presentation to your leadership and a Q&A with your team after delivery.

How the audit runs

From briefing to roadmap

  1. Step 1

    Briefing

30–45 minutes. Goals, structure, pain points, data constraints. We decide which option fits.

  2. Step 2

    Information gathering

Interviews with key people, a review of documents and procedures, read-only access. An NDA is signed if needed.

  3. Step 3

    Analysis and calculation

Process map, opportunity register, effect estimate and prioritisation.

  4. Step 4

    Presentation and plan

We present the results to leadership, discuss the assumptions and agree the roadmap.

  5. Step 5

    Implementation support

Optional: a pilot of one use case, team training and ongoing support.

Options

Choose the depth

Figures are provisional and indicative, in Russian roubles; they are not a public price list. We confirm the price and timing in writing after the briefing, based on the number of processes and the volume of data.

Express diagnostic

To see whether it makes sense and spot the first opportunities

from RUB 45,000

up to 1 week · provisional, indicative

  • One department or one area
  • Up to 3 interviews
  • A list of up to 10 opportunities
  • Top-3 use cases prioritised
  • A short report and a call
Most often chosen

Full AI audit

For companies ready to implement

from RUB 150,000

2–3 weeks · provisional, indicative

  • Up to 5 processes or departments
  • Interviews and document review
  • Opportunity register and priority matrix
  • Effect and payback estimate with assumptions
  • 30/90/180-day roadmap
  • Presentation to leadership

Audit + pilot

For those who need a working result, not just a report

from RUB 350,000

6–8 weeks · provisional, indicative

  • Everything in the Full AI audit
  • A prototype of one priority use case
  • Effect measured on real data
  • Team training
  • A scale-up plan

Is this for you

Who it is for, and who it is not for

A good fit if

  • You have repeating processes and a team of 5 or more
  • You can give process owners time for interviews
  • You want a plan backed by a calculation, not a set of ideas
  • You want to implement in stages and check the effect

Not a fit if

  • You want a ready-made neural network “turnkey” without analysing processes
  • Your processes do not repeat and cannot be described
  • You need a guaranteed savings figure up front
  • There is no access to the data and to the people who know the process

Questions and answers

What people usually ask before an audit

How is an AI audit different from ordinary consulting?

We look at processes in terms of what can realistically be automated with technology available today, and we estimate the effect in money and hours. The output is not general advice but a list of specific use cases, an order of implementation and a plan.

Do we need technical staff on our side?

No. People who know the processes are enough: department heads and key practitioners. We take care of the technical side.

What data do you work with, and how is confidentiality handled?

We work under an NDA on request, ask for read-only access, and only to what the analysis needs. We do not export personal data of customers or employees without separate agreement.

How do you estimate the economic effect?

From your own data: how much time and money a process takes now and what would change after automation. Every assumption is shown, and we give ranges rather than a single figure. It is a calculated estimate, not a guarantee of results.

Do you also implement the solutions?

If you want us to. The Audit + pilot option includes a prototype of one use case. Further implementation is discussed separately, and you are free to carry out the plan yourselves or with another contractor.

Which companies is the audit suitable for?

Companies with repeating processes and a team of 5 or more: services, trade, real estate, education, manufacturing. If there are few processes or they cannot be formalised, we will say so at the briefing.

How much does it cost, and what affects the price?

Provisional, indicative starting points: from RUB 45,000 for an express diagnostic to RUB 350,000 for an audit with a pilot. They are not a public price list. The price depends on the number of processes, departments and the volume of data; the exact cost is fixed in writing, in an agreed currency, after the briefing.

What if the audit finds nothing?

That is also a result: you learn where automation will not pay off and avoid spending on implementation. In practice, processes with manual routine almost always contain opportunities.

Can we sign an NDA?

Yes, on request. Work is done under a contract with a defined scope, and we reply within one business day.

Next step

Tell us about your business and we will propose an audit format

  1. 1. You send a request; we reply within one business day.
  2. 2. A 30–45 minute briefing: goals, processes, constraints.
  3. 3. We send a proposal with the option, timing and price.

We work under an NDA if you need one. No obligation at the briefing stage.

We reply within one business day.
